The Head of the Regional Secretariat for Parliamentary Cooperation in South-East Europe (RSPC SEE), Mr. Vladimir Beron, took part in the 66th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), which was held in Sofia from 23-25 November 2025.
The 66th General Assembly of the PABSEC presented new opportunities for contacts between the RSPC SEE and the members of the parliamentary delegations from the PABSEC member states, as well as with other international organizations.
Mr. Beron took part in the event at the invitation of Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, Secretary General of PABSEC, in his capacity as Head of the RSPC SEE. The Secretariat has an observer status in PABSEC.
The 66th PABSEC General Assembly was held in the framework of the Bulgarian Presidency of the PABSEC. The main focus of the discussion was on: “Cooperation with the European Union and other International and Regional Organizations” – a topic that is at the core of the activities of the RSPC SEE.
